Care enquiries
We collect contact details, postcode, who the enquiry concerns, contact preference and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, consider whether Civic may be able to help and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry.
Candidate enquiries
We collect contact details, location, role preference, availability, right-to-work response, driving information, experience, optional CV and anything else you provide. We use it to consider your interest in current or upcoming work and communicate about recruitment.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information
Do not upload identity documents, passport details, bank details, DBS certificates or detailed medical records through these forms. If further information is needed, Civic will explain an appropriate route.
Lawful use and sharing
Information is used to take steps at your request, manage recruitment, meet legal or regulatory responsibilities and pursue legitimate service-administration interests. It may be accessed by authorised Civic staff and website/storage suppliers acting under appropriate controls. It is not sold.
Retention
Enquiry information should be kept only for an approved business, legal or safeguarding period and then deleted securely. Civic’s data/privacy owner must maintain the detailed retention schedule and respond to rights requests.
